Our ECHO Programs

Meakea adopted a conservative approach to realize the Vision, Mission and Core Values. The programs are centered surrounding four key features; Education, Culture, Health and Organization (ECHO). ECHO represents continuity. The programs must be sustainable and this requires effort on the part of everyone.
